Our son cried for over an hour last night. He was fed. Changed. Just very very tired. We added 2 drops lavender and 2 drops cedar wood to his penguin humidifier, and he was asleep in less than five minutes.
I'm not a fancy smoothie person, but a good smoothie I do enjoy. The simpler the better, because it means I'm more likely to make it again (and again and again...). Healthy habits...bring it on.
